Dylan Schenker is a freelance writer based in New York City. He is primarily interested in the digital evolution of film and video within the context of both independent film and new media art. He enjoys generative art, projection mapping, augmented reality, interactivity and the browser as a medium as they pertain to the cinematic form. He is co-founder and co-curator of an independent film exhibition series called Fete Films and they are always looking for new work to show. He, for one, welcomes his new computer overlords and envisions a future where he can retire to a desert island and have robots do everything for him.
